About the position

The position involves overseeing multiple high-priority projects and business unit programs, ensuring they are documented, prioritized, and executed to meet program requirements. The role focuses on customer satisfaction by managing commitments and resolving issues, while interfacing with various stakeholders including senior leaders. The candidate will provide vision and strategy to meet business needs and ensure adherence to quality standards and established processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple high-priority projects and business unit programs.
  • Ensure projects are documented, prioritized, and executed to meet program requirements.
  • Manage program commitments and resolve ambiguity and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, and management, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Provide vision and strategy to meet business needs and defined objectives.
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, business stakeholders, support functions, and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and established policies and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training.
  • 5+ years of experience in increasingly complex project management, including 8 years of applicable business experience inclusive of project management experience.
  • 5+ years of Clarity PPM experience.
  • 4+ years Clarity Administrator experience including Classic and Modern User Experience.
  • 4+ years' experience with developing and supporting SQL queries to enable portlets (MS SQL and PostgreSQL).
  • 3+ years reporting experience, including building queries to extract data and supporting custom JasperSoft reports.
  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and outstanding record of project management success.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Three years of financial services-related project experience.
