About the position

The Class A CDL Company Truck Driver (OTR) position involves operating a truck for long-haul transportation, primarily covering over-the-road routes. The role requires a valid CDL A license and a minimum of one year of experience. Drivers will be expected to manage freight, including dry van and reefer loads, while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with home time every three weeks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A truck for over-the-road transportation.
• Transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and report any issues during transport.
• Complete necessary paperwork and logs as required by DOT regulations.
• Participate in ride-along training with experienced drivers.
• Manage freight unloading and backhauls as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum of 1 year of OTR driving experience.
• Ability to operate dry van and reefer trailers.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with dispatch and team members.
• Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices.
