About the position

Woodfield is seeking Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance to join their team based out of Camden, AR. This position offers a competitive pay structure, including a minimum guarantee and percentage pay, along with a $2000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. The role involves driving 2025 Freightliner trucks and provides opportunities for established teams and matched teams, including husband and wife teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A OTR in a 2025 Freightliner truck.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Participate in a 2-day orientation program.
• Assist in obtaining security clearance for qualified drivers.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent OTR experience required.
• Must be 23 years or older.
• DoD experience is a plus.
• TWIC card and Hazmat endorsement required.
• Security clearance is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience driving with a team or as part of a matched team.
• Previous experience with DoD contracts.
