About the position
Dunavant is seeking Class A Owner Operators for local and regional driving positions, offering the opportunity to be home daily. This role provides competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and a family-oriented work environment. Drivers can expect to earn between $2,000 to $3,000 weekly, with additional bonuses and benefits that enhance their overall compensation.
Responsibilities
- Drive local and regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Participate in live unloads and drop & hook operations.
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Manage fuel expenses using provided fuel cards with discounts.
- Engage in customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Minimum of 15 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience within the last three years, or 24 months within the last four years.
- TWIC card preferred for port city locations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with live unloads and drop & hook operations.
