About the position

A Man With A Plan Services LLC is seeking Class A Regional Reefer drivers for a full-time position. The role involves driving solo in a regional capacity, with home time of 1 day for every 6 days out. Responsibilities

• Drive Class A Regional Reefer trucks for 10-14 days out.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs of driving hours and mileage.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Handle no-touch freight and multi-stop loads as required.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL and have completed at least 120 hours of driving school within the last 6 months for trainees.
• Experienced drivers must have 1 year of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have held a US driver's license for the last 12 consecutive months.
• No tickets, at-fault accidents, and a clean background are required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with reefer trucks is preferred.
• Familiarity with regional routes in TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, IN, IA, NE, IL, KS, CO, OH, NM.
