About the position

The Class A Driver position involves operating a dry van truck primarily east of I-35, with a focus on no-touch freight. This role offers flexibility in driving style, allowing drivers to choose between a more rigorous or relaxed schedule. The position includes the opportunity to have a rider and pet accompany the driver from day one, and full benefits commence after 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A truck to transport dry van freight with no-touch loading and unloading.
• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
• Complete pre-employment and random drug testing as required.
• Manage driving schedule, typically being out for 10-14 days followed by 2 full days at home.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid CDL A license is required.
• Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years.
• Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last three years, with no more than one in the last 12 months.
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests ever.
