The Class Action Project Manager position is a critical role that requires a unique blend of legal expertise and project management skills. This position is not a software development role; rather, it focuses on the administration of class action cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in class action law administration, coupled with at least two years of project management experience. The role involves independently managing assigned cases, often handling multiple cases simultaneously. The Project Manager will oversee the case setup and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, as well as traditional and social media campaigns. This includes leading claimant communication and the claim review processes, ensuring that all aspects of the case are handled efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Project Manager will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of each case by reviewing litigation plans and notice and administration plans. They will also participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other required documents. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Project Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the process. Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are required to perform the duties of this position effectively.
