About the position
Todd Transit, Inc. is seeking a full-time Class B CDL Local Driver for their family-owned trucking business in Bensenville, IL. The role involves operating a lift gate and pallet jack, with a focus on local deliveries. Responsibilities
- Operate a Class B truck for local deliveries.
- Use lift gates and pallet jacks as required.
- Complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Work Monday through Friday, typically 10-11 hours per day.
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL license.
- Experience in truck driving, preferably in a local delivery setting.
- Ability to operate lift gates and pallet jacks.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with LTL (Less Than Truckload) deliveries.
