About the position

The Product Sales Support Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and profitability for the Classic Crusher Parts products at Metso. This position involves developing and implementing market-specific sales strategies, engaging with customers, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the sales process and product offerings. The role requires a strong focus on customer engagement, training, and strategic marketing, with opportunities for global travel and exposure to various markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by increasing market share for Classic Crusher Spares products.
  • Engage with customers by traveling to sites to support sales phases, product presentations, and installations.
  • Streamline sales processes by organizing proposal documents for ease of sale.
  • Train market area, DMO, and distributor personnel on sales strategies for Classic Crusher Spares products.
  • Develop localized marketing strategies in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collect input from customers and stakeholders to identify potential new product offerings.
  • Support digitalization projects as a content manager.
  • Represent the Classic Crusher Spares product group at trade shows and conferences.
  • Aid in the development of marketing, training, and productivity tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or engineering.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
  • Proven track record of achieving professional goals and maintaining dependability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong sales acumen and key interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the metals, mining, or aggregates industry.
