A key aspect of this position is the ability to present complex data and research in an understandable manner, facilitating meetings, presentations, workshops, and training sessions related to classification and compensation. You will also interpret and explain applicable state and federal employment laws, civil service rules, collective bargaining agreements, and agency policies and procedures. Additionally, you will review and make decisions on employee-initiated Position Review Requests (PRR) and conduct desk audits as necessary. As the agency's Information Technology Professional Structure (ITPS) Coordinator, you will lead the review of positions within the ITPS framework. Depending on qualifications, this position may also be offered as an in-training opportunity, allowing for career progression within the agency.
