The Classification & Compensation Analyst plays a crucial role in the Human Resources department of Fauquier County Public Schools. This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the classification and compensation structures within the school system to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
