About The Position

As a Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, you will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, overseeing the strategic direction and management of classified computer environments. This role involves ensuring compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and serving as a liaison with government Authorizing Officials. You will leverage your extensive experience in IT security and project management to enhance cybersecurity measures across a dynamic organization.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT Security or Cybersecurity.
• Extensive knowledge of NISPOM/DAAPM, RMF, ICD 503, JSIG, NIST RMF & STIG.
• Experience managing cybersecurity teams in collateral, SAP, and SCI environments.
• Active DoD 8570.01-M IAM level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC).
• Strong executive presence and effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Prior experience as IAM or ISSM for a large DoD/Special Access Cybersecurity Program.
• Knowledge of Host Based Security System (HBSS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
• Active TOP SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of classified computer environments.
• Track, review, verify, and validate DoD RMF documentation and artifacts.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government Authorizing Officials.
• Advise on security matters related to the information system portfolio.
• Conduct reviews and technical inspections to identify and mitigate security weaknesses.
