About the position

The Classroom Instructor/Career Coach at MiSide is responsible for instructing participants in the Job Search component of the program, facilitating resources, and administering assessments to evaluate job readiness. This role is crucial in preparing participants for successful employment by providing guidance and support throughout their job search journey.

Responsibilities

• Instruct participants in the Job Search component of the program.
• Facilitate speakers' bureau and resources for participants.
• Administer CASAS Testing to participants.
• Prepare and evaluate participants' job readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
• Previous job development work experience is necessary.
• Knowledge of business and industry occupations, and certification programs in the area.
• Two years of successful job developer experience is required.
• Classroom instruction experience is necessary.

Nice-to-haves
