Clean and Seal Technician

About the position

Apex Pavers and Pools is looking for a Clean and Seal Technician who will be responsible for cleaning, sealing, and maintaining outdoor surfaces such as pavers and pool decks. This role requires physical labor and attention to detail to ensure surfaces are treated properly for enhanced appearance and durability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare various outdoor surfaces including pavers, pool decks, driveways, and patios for sealing.
• Apply cleaning solutions, pressure wash surfaces, and remove stains, debris, and weeds.
• Inspect surfaces for cracks, damages, and any other imperfections, and report issues for further repair.
• Mix and apply sealant to pavers and other surfaces to protect them from weathering and enhance their appearance.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as pressure washers, sprayers, and other tools necessary for the job.
• Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards and within specified timeframes.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

• Previous experience in paver cleaning and sealing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate pressure washers and other relevant equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify surface issues.
• Capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials, with the ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
