About the position

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is seeking part-time housekeepers to maintain cleanliness in a clinical setting. The role involves various janitorial tasks to ensure a hygienic environment, with a focus on reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required

Requirements

• Custodial experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Entry-level position
