About the position

The Cleaner - PT position at C&W Services involves day-to-day cleaning of the building according to janitorial specifications. The role requires good communication skills for interaction with customers and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attendance rate. The employee will also be responsible for maintaining cleaning equipment and participating in various cleaning activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of the building as per janitorial specifications.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in a professional manner, ensuring it is clean, serviceable, and neatly stored when not in use.
• Provide general support as deemed necessary by the Supervisor or Area Management.
• Follow all job procedures and safety rules as required.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during daily duties.
• Report incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions immediately to the Facilities Manager/Supervisor.
• Notify Supervisor of specific needs and/or supplies within the work area.

Requirements

• Good communication skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 2.5%.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. consistently.
• Motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
