About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Wash n Chill LLC. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
