We are seeking a reliable and skilled Subcontractor to join our team, focusing on various cleaning and maintenance tasks in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Execute commercial cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are kept clean and presentable.
- Conduct floor care activities, including buffing and maintaining various flooring types.
- Provide industrial cleaning services as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
- Carry out custodial responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness in facilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in porter services, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
