About the position

The Cleaning Supervisor/Account Coordinator at Imperial Cleaning is responsible for overseeing custodial operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring high-quality cleaning services across various commercial settings. This role emphasizes employee training, performance management, and effective communication to maintain operational efficiency and address any challenges that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Screening for new Custodial Technicians.
  • Train Employees in janitorial and administrative tasks.
  • Schedule staff and ensure coverage for cleaning operations.
  • Monitor time and attendance of custodial staff.
  • Manage employee callouts and replacements as needed.
  • Correspond with Custodial Technicians regarding their duties and performance.
  • Report accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
  • Submit and deliver supplies as needed for cleaning operations.
  • Address and resolve any employee performance issues promptly.
  • Be on-call for emergency situations or calls during evenings and weekends.
  • Notify District or Regional Manager of all staffing changes.

Requirements

  • Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to resolve challenges and emergencies quickly.
