About The Position

MD Restoration is seeking Cleaning Technicians to join our team. These individuals are responsible for completing military COM work as well as residential and commercial space cleaning. This role includes training and application of IICRC S500 and S520 Standards of Care cleaning and remediation protocols; vinyl tile strip and wax; wet and dry methods for carpet care and restoration; and power washing and general purpose cleaning to restore the value in our clients' properties. The right candidates will be positive, reliable, and eager to join a hardworking, enthusiastic team. As Oahu's largest and most comprehensive restoration firm, MD's priority is keeping our clients safe and healthy. Our Cleaning Division plays a big part in this mission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift over 70 pounds
• Availability on weekends, nights, and overtime hours
• Current, valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Complete military COM work
• Perform residential and commercial space cleaning
• Apply IICRC S500 and S520 Standards of Care cleaning and remediation protocols
• Conduct vinyl tile strip and wax
• Utilize wet and dry methods for carpet care and restoration
• Perform power washing and general purpose cleaning
