About the position
The Cleaning Technician role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial environments. The position requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while working independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas.
- Wash and change bed linen.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.
- Perform carpet cleaning when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
