Join our thriving Allentown, PA team as a Customer Support Clerk at Berkheimer Tax Innovations, a leading Pennsylvania tax collection and administration company, and unleash your potential! In this role, you will be responsible for answering taxpayer inquiries both in person and over the phone. You will research, maintain, and update tax accounts based on the information provided, ensuring that all tax forms and mail are processed accurately and payments are posted to the proper accounts. Completing all tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards is essential, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no weekend work required. The role is based on-site in our Allentown, PA office, but once released from training (which typically lasts 4-6 months), a hybrid work environment (office/remote) may be available depending on business needs and individual performance.
