ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time MVD Greeter for multiple locations in New Mexico. The position is available immediately, with a start date as soon as possible. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., totaling 40 hours a week. The assignment is expected to last for 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour. As an MVD Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the Motor Vehicle Department. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs. You will ask customers if they have an appointment and, if they do, direct them to the appropriate area. If they do not have an appointment, you will work with them to schedule one, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all visitors. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
