The Inbound Mail Clerk plays a crucial role in this mission by assisting the Vehicle Title Processing Department with the sorting and expediting of incoming mail. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a paper-based environment and can consistently meet production goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting, preparing, and distributing all incoming mail, handling DMV and collateral documents, and tracking daily work through time logs. Additionally, the Inbound Mail Clerk will work with handheld scanners to log incoming mail and assist with other vehicle title processes as needed. This is a full-time, regular position based in our Bethlehem, PA office, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and no weekend work is required.
