About the position

The Clerk position at GXO is a vital role within the logistics team, focusing on ensuring smooth operations through meticulous order processing and inventory management. This full-time role operates on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, and is designed for individuals who thrive in a supportive work environment that fosters career growth and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Research and correct transaction errors
  • Handle domestic and international shipping documents

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Nice-to-haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
  • Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
