The Data Clerk position involves acquiring, validating, storing, protecting, and processing required data to ensure its accessibility, reliability, and timeliness for users. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of data within the organization, which is crucial for operational efficiency and decision-making. The Data Clerk will be responsible for performing data entry and validation tasks, ensuring that all data entered into various databases is accurate, complete, and legible. This includes assisting with the development and evaluation of forms used for data collection and maintaining internal record-keeping systems to support the organization's data management needs. In addition to data entry, the Data Clerk will perform quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy of data entered by others. This involves maintaining and auditing data, providing status and activity reports as required, and consulting with senior peers on complex projects to gain experience and improve skills. The role also includes providing administrative support, such as assisting users with requests for clinical documents, answering phones, filing paperwork, and offering customer service to ensure smooth administrative processes within the department. This position is a full-time role within the Critical Care department, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Data Clerk will work a standard day shift, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of data management within the organization.

Responsibilities
