The Clerk will also assist in maintaining personnel files for staff and volunteers, ensuring that all records are kept up to date and compliant with company policies. The role includes assisting the Office Manager with the orientation of new employees, preparing statistical reports, and managing office supplies and medical forms. The Clerk will be expected to cross-train with the Office Manager to ensure continuity of operations during absences.
