About the position
The Loan Processor position at BancFirst Corporation involves producing consumer and commercial loan documents in compliance with regulations and bank policies. The role requires assisting customers with various issues, supporting bank executives, and ensuring the completion of departmental objectives. This full-time position is based in Prague, OK, and operates Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Produce consumer and commercial loan non-real estate and real estate documents in compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with various issues.
- Work on Technical Exceptions.
- Assist Bank President and Lenders as needed.
- Assist Loan Administration Officer as needed.
- Share responsibility for completion of all department objectives.
- Assist with other job-related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of banking software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under stress and/or deadlines.
- Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job.
