About the position

The Client Account Agent at Pivotal is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing service solutions and support for telecommunication clients. This role involves engaging with customers, answering inquiries, processing sales orders, and resolving issues, all while aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. The position emphasizes the importance of personal interactions in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand our clients' products and services to explain their benefits clearly and answer any customer questions.
• Assist customers with their product and service orders, being their primary point of contact from the start of the sale until the end, ensuring a seamless experience and delivery completion.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests to identify new business opportunities.
• Work to service existing customers by offering promotions and upgrades to products and services they already have.
• Generate daily sales reports to stay up to date on new client trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecommunications but not required.
• Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and services to customers.
• Willingness to learn and grow professional skills to enhance the customer experience with our clients.
• Problem-solving abilities.
