Responsibilities

• Understand clients' products and services to explain their benefits clearly and answer customer questions.
• Assist customers with their product and service orders, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests to identify new business opportunities.
• Work with existing customers to offer promotions and upgrades to their current products and services.
• Generate daily sales reports to stay updated on new client trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
