The Client Account Agent at Pivotal Perspectives is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing service solutions and support for telecommunication clients. This role involves engaging with customers, answering inquiries, processing sales orders, and resolving issues, all while aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. The position emphasizes the importance of personal interactions in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients' products and services to explain their benefits clearly and answer customer questions.
- Assist customers with their product and service orders, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests to identify new business opportunities.
- Work with existing customers to offer promotions and upgrades to their current products and services.
- Generate daily sales reports to stay updated on new client trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telecommunications but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and services to customers.
