About the position

As a Client Account Manager II at Pinterest, you will focus on lower funnel marketing tactics and strategies to drive conversions and maximize ROI for strategic advertisers. Your role involves leveraging Pinterest Ads to target high-intent audiences, implementing advertising strategies for major accounts, and cultivating relationships to understand and achieve client goals. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring client satisfaction while contributing to Pinterest's mission of helping users find inspiration and create a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring their objectives are met through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Drive business growth by translating data into actionable insights and delivering compelling narratives to guide media strategies.
  • Develop deep expertise in Pinterest's ad products and best practices, advising partners on optimization strategies.
  • Proactively monitor and optimize campaigns, interpret results, and deliver performance updates to partners.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, presenting tailored solutions to drive success and addressing partner questions professionally.
  • Simplify complex processes and products into clear formats for partners, providing expert guidance on ad features.
  • Pitch new performance products and campaign best practices to showcase the value of Pinterest's offerings.
  • Retain, grow, and diversify partner investments, contributing to Pinterest's revenue growth through effective campaign management.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to promote various Pinterest products and drive incremental revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience independently managing client accounts that are mutually beneficial.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising and media sales, with a technical foundation in Search, Shopping, Display, and Social advertising technologies.
  • Strong consultative sales skills to identify clients' business needs and map them with Pinterest recommendations.
  • Ability to develop and execute lower-funnel marketing strategies to maximize ROI for advertisers.
  • Experience in leveraging Pinterest Ads to target high-intent audiences and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage effective retargeting campaigns to drive conversions.
  • Experience in campaign setup, quality assurance, and managing creative assets and documentation.
  • Strong skills in campaign management and optimizations across various technologies and buying platforms.
  • Ability to deliver performance reporting and insights to monitor campaign effectiveness.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $61,285—$129,500 USD.
  • Equity and incentive compensation eligibility.
