About the position

The International Client Account Manager at Celergo Streamline is a pivotal role focused on ensuring the quality and timely delivery of global payroll services while enhancing client satisfaction. This position is not sales-oriented but is centered on customer service, managing a portfolio of clients and collaborating with internal teams and global partners. The role involves overseeing the payroll process from input to pay date, contributing to internal projects, and participating in ongoing training to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training sessions on company protocols for international payroll management and client services.
• Assist with internal projects and collaborate with other departments to achieve companywide goals.
• Work effectively within the team to ensure all department and payroll deadlines are met.
• Generate reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
• Communicate and collaborate with international team members to ensure client needs are met.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of each Client's payroll.
• Complete and deliver monthly checklist metrics to ensure timely completion of payroll processes.
• Manage controls for client and internal changes, ensuring documentation is up to date.
• Provide clients with strong critical problem-solving results and facilitate long-term relationships.
• Manage client payroll calendars and ensure timely communication with global payroll providers.
• Audit payroll calculations from global payroll providers and manage the funding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to maintain priorities in a constantly changing environment.
• Expertise using MS Office applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
• Ability to travel on occasion in the future if required.
