About the position

The Client Account Manager at Astute Technology Management acts as a vital link between the service team and clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication. This role involves managing client relationships, conducting regular meetings, and addressing client needs while promoting the company's products and services. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with a commitment to client satisfaction and brand representation.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly meet with assigned client accounts, either on site or virtually, and manage strategic and at-risk accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of the status of all assigned client networks to ensure hardware upgrades, project work, software sales and licensing are all optimized and accurate.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding, provide client service orientation, and conduct training sessions on Astute Technology Management's ticketing, purchasing and invoicing systems.
  • Coordinate activities and resources to maximize client satisfaction through a close-loop problem resolution process, partnering with the Service team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues and/or address client concerns.
  • Educate clients on Astute Technology Management's new products and services, facilitating a seamless integration and understanding of offerings.
  • Facilitate client IT budgeting by tracking EOL hardware and selling replacement devices.
  • Develop strong working relationships with all functional leaders and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Escalate significant client concerns, problems, or deviations from established procedures to management, keeping supervisors informed and ensuring timely resolution of complex service issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Qualified to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver license with clean driving record.
  • Pass a background check.
