About the position

The Client Account Manager at AMN Healthcare plays a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and optimizing healthcare delivery organizations. This position involves interacting with departmental leadership, staffing teams, and vendor representatives to ensure effective management of contingent labor workflows and overall client happiness. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an expert understanding of assigned customer's organization including management and leadership teams.
• Collaborates with Contingent Workforce Business Partner on oversight of healthcare contingent labor workflow including order placement, candidate selection, timeslip and invoicing processes.
• Generates and delivers regular performance and service-level agreement reporting to customer and internal teams.
• Maintains an expert understanding of applications and required technological equipment including laptop computers, internet connections, projectors, etc.
• Composes and/or edits training materials, guides, handouts, reports and programs.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience.
• Computer proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Understanding of technical networks including wireless, wired, and firewall setups.
• Experience in mobile applications and mobile operating systems.
