About the position

Full Circle Property Management is seeking a Client Account Manager to serve as a key representative for client-owned properties. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, facilitating communication, and ensuring client needs are met. The position offers an opportunity to learn about the property management industry while contributing to the success of a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring regular updates and clear communication.
• Plan and lead meetings with clients, presenting updates and addressing concerns.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, responding to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure smooth property operations.
• Develop an understanding of property management regulations and assist clients with compliance.
• Deliver clear and concise property performance reports to clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven client-facing work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to address challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
• Genuine interest in gaining knowledge of property management standards.
• Comfortable using property management software and standard office tools.
• A valid driver's license is required for occasional property visits.
