About the position

The Client Account Manager will support multiple teams by managing client inquiries and providing exceptional sales and customer service. This role involves tracking activities in a CRM, processing orders, and reporting client needs to management, all while ensuring effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily inbound inquiries and outbound efforts to existing clients to grow the business and offer exceptional sales/customer service support.
  • Track all daily activity in CRM for successful account and communication maintenance.
  • Process orders and deliver account paperwork in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
  • Report client needs and issues, product and marketplace feedback, and trends to management.
  • Review opportunities and project workload with Account Management Team weekly to ensure effective progress toward department goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and suggested two+ years of experience in Account Services.
  • Previous account ownership and knowledge of CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational skills and flexible attitude.
  • Attention to detail and aptitude for working with many people.
  • Pro-active, professional, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
