About the position

The MyMatrixx Client Account Support Analyst (CASA) plays a crucial role in providing client-facing support to the Account team for assigned clients. This position focuses on responding to inquiries, solving problems, preparing reports, and assisting with benefit setup and project support. The CASA collaborates closely with the Account Manager, Account Executive, and Clinical Account Executive to ensure comprehensive service delivery across the Book of Business.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to moderately complex inquiries and solve problems to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the account manager to meet client needs and avert potential issues.
  • Complete day-to-day Client Account Support tasks with minimal supervision, while having access to experienced team members for advice.
  • Resolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team members.
  • Assist with both standard and non-standard reporting and analytics as needed.
  • Handle billing and rebates research.
  • Assist with the implementation and setup of ESI products and programs.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, email, and internet usage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain accountability.
  • Experience managing projects using proven project management processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate proactively to resolve issues urgently.
