About the position

The Client Account Support Senior Analyst role at Cigna Healthcare is a remote position focused on supporting the Supplemental Health Account Management Team. The incumbent will manage client and broker inquiries related to Supplemental Health products, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries from existing clients and brokers, assessing the complexity and directing to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Interact professionally with clients and brokers, providing clear communication and setting expectations on timelines.
  • Leverage internal resources to resolve complex client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Monitor requests within internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain effective business partnerships to proactively manage service issues.
  • Coordinate with internal partners to meet client needs and avert potential problems.
  • Support the Account Executive in preparing client materials for education and training on benefits and services.
  • Participate in feedback sessions with business partners and collaborate with Account Analysts to manage best practices.
  • Assist the Account Executive and Sales team in achieving business goals related to persistency, profitability, and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a client/customer service insurance environment.
  • Working knowledge of insurance products such as Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, and Hospital Care is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to develop relationships with internal business partners.
  • Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer.
