About the position

NOW HIRING - Client Acquisition Manager/Inbound Sales Position: Inbound Sales for Physical Therapy Clinic. We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious individual who loves to connect with new people and is passionate about ethical sales. This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to enhance their experience and boost our customer acquisition and retention. You will engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients, discussing their goals and how our services can help them. This position requires comfort in discussing financial aspects of our services, as you will need to justify the investment in our holistic physical therapy care. You will receive extensive mentoring and training to develop your customer service, hospitality, business, sales, and personal growth skills. Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with patients, providing a warm welcome, and ensuring a 5-Star Experience in our clinic. You will conduct in-depth conversations with new patients to understand their needs and ensure they are excited about starting their care with us. Additionally, you will follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction, manage scheduling, and handle payments. You will also be responsible for communicating the value of our services and addressing any price objections. This role is not about cold calling; instead, it focuses on building relationships and providing exceptional service. We are a small but rapidly growing clinic that prioritizes both patient care and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Fostering deep relationships with patients and prospective clients.
  • Providing a warm welcome and a 5-Star Experience in the waiting room for our patients.
  • Communicating with warmth and deep caring through all communication.
  • Holding lengthy conversations with new patients to discover their goals and emotional drivers.
  • Maximizing word of mouth referrals by asking for Google Reviews and using in-house marketing systems.
  • Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction and help save potential drop-offs.
  • Communicating the value of our services and handling price objections when appropriate.
  • Assisting with sales of orthotics and other therapy self-treatment tools.
  • Developing and regularly updating the procedures library for the role.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a love for connecting with new people.
  • Ability to hold meaningful conversations with prospective patients for 15-20 minutes or longer.
  • Experience in sales and customer service or hospitality environments.
  • Comfortable discussing financial aspects of services with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to achieve goals.
  • Open to change and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to follow through on commitments and live up to verbal and written agreements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a business or industry where targets need to be met.
  • A college degree is not required but is a plus.
