About the position

The Sales Associate at CH Carolina Herrera is responsible for creating a pleasant shopping environment, providing excellent customer service, and driving customer loyalty. This role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining store organization, and ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieving daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Replenishing products on the sales floor according to company procedures while respecting visual merchandising standards.
• Assisting with merchandising and inventory activities, keeping the sales floor and store image neat, organized, clean, and stocked.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Complying with all sales-related policies and procedures.
• Unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, stocking checks, and securing security tags when needed.
• Providing excellent customer service following the company customer experience protocol.
• Maintaining and developing the store Client book (sales after care).

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in fashion retail luxury stores.
• Experience in creating and maintaining clientele relations.
• Results oriented with high motivation and keen to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
