About the position

The Client Advisor at Tiffany & Co. in Coral Gables is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience that aligns with the brand's values of optimism, love, inclusivity, and creativity. This role focuses on building and deepening client relationships to drive loyalty and sales, while also embodying the Tiffany brand through personalized service and memorable in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime loyalty and spending.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships.
• Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
• Identify innovative ways to enhance business through elevated client experiences.
• Drive business through key product pillars.
• Convert clients through curiosity and discovery during appointments.
• Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every client.
• Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies using the Tiffany Touch.
• Embrace and leverage client feedback to enhance in-store experiences.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
• Connect with clients' wardrobes to provide styling advice.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
• Ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
