This role is pivotal in providing exceptional and specialized customer service, fostering emotionally enriched relationships with clients, and driving sales through a personalized experience. The Client Advisor will be responsible for understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience that enhances sales performance. Under the creative direction of Maximilian Davis, Ferragamo is re-envisioning its Italian heritage, blending style, creativity, and superior craftsmanship to maintain its status as a household name in luxury goods. As a Client Advisor, you will demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, promoting a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration. You will engage in the selling ceremony, ensuring that each client feels confident and energized. Your role will involve cultivating long-term authentic bonds with clients, capturing customer data in the company's CRM database, and promoting cross-selling to increase sales metrics. You will also be expected to think innovatively about improving client experiences and to clearly understand and meet company KPIs. This position requires a caring and authentic approach, with a passion for style and an in-depth knowledge of luxury client expectations. You will be a powerful communicator, capable of handling clients with empathy and personal care, and you will need to be innovative and courageous in your ideas. The role also involves physical demands, including constant movement, standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift at least 20 lbs. Regular attendance is required, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
