About the position

The IWC Client Advisor at Hudson Yards is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving personal and boutique sales targets. This role requires acting as an ambassador for the IWC brand, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. The position emphasizes personalized service, sales excellence, and operational support within the boutique environment.

Responsibilities

  • Hosting clients and other stakeholders to provide a personalized customer experience
  • Selling watches, accessories, and services to exceed turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
  • Identifying and creating sales opportunities to recruit prospects and clients
  • Finding creative means to exceed client expectations
  • Establishing strong personal relationships with clients
  • Managing client database and clienteling activities
  • Handling customer service requests and processes
  • Knowing IWC's history, products, and the luxury industry
  • Delivering outstanding client service to differentiate from competition
  • Acting as a brand ambassador in and out of the boutique
  • Organizing and executing operational tasks with care
  • Maintaining the boutique according to global IWC visual merchandising standards
  • Supporting the overall organization of the boutique with a team approach
  • Taking on championship roles in various operational areas to elevate boutique KPIs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable with video chat software
