The advisor will play a key role in daily boutique operations and will be responsible for nurturing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

  • Meet key performance metrics to support the boutique and brand's fiscal strategy.
  • Represent the brand professionally, adhering to sales policies and operational regulations.
  • Be attentive and responsive to client requests, collaborating with the management team to balance local initiatives, deliveries, and product expectations.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences, demonstrating the utmost courtesy and professionalism both in the boutique and during events.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process in alignment with brand policies.
  • Effectively negotiate and manage objections.
  • Identify potential sales leads and follow up diligently to generate opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility and traffic.
  • Implement creative outreach initiatives while maintaining CRM efficiency and building long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
  • Maintain an organized business schedule, including tasks, appointments, and continuous learning.
  • Analyze client data to drive sales and capture relevant information for relationship building.
  • Resolve client issues appropriately, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and participate in in-store and offsite events.
  • Represent the brand professionally in accordance with official guidelines.
  • Adhere to social media and communication policies.
  • Maintain professional attire and conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • A proactive attitude and understanding of luxury client experiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the timepiece industry.
  • Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing boutique schedules.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
