About the position

The Client Advisor for Rolex at Tourneau|Bucherer is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships with clients, showcasing expertise in the Rolex brand, and ensuring a luxurious shopping environment. The advisor will also mentor other team members and uphold the brand's standards in visual merchandising and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an outstanding client experience by creating a positive and inviting environment.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for watches and jewelry.
  • Train other Client Advisors on the brand's heritage and product knowledge.
  • Assist Client Advisors with Rolex sales and provide product information.
  • Utilize the CRM system to build ongoing client relationships.
  • Implement brand strategies and guidelines effectively.
  • Communicate with the merchandising team to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Ensure visual presentation aligns with the luxury image of the brand.
  • Act as a mentor to other Client Advisors and support their development.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
  • Develop long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
  • Follow up with clients using the CRM system for various engagements.
  • Incorporate constructive feedback from managers to improve sales performance.
  • Maintain store security procedures and ensure cleanliness and attractiveness of the store.
