About the position
The Client Advisor for Rolex at Tourneau|Bucherer is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets. This role emphasizes building long-term relationships with clients, showcasing expertise in the Rolex brand, and ensuring a luxurious shopping environment. The advisor will also mentor other team members and uphold the brand's standards in visual merchandising and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an outstanding client experience by creating a positive and inviting environment.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for watches and jewelry.
- Train other Client Advisors on the brand's heritage and product knowledge.
- Assist Client Advisors with Rolex sales and provide product information.
- Utilize the CRM system to build ongoing client relationships.
- Implement brand strategies and guidelines effectively.
- Communicate with the merchandising team to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Ensure visual presentation aligns with the luxury image of the brand.
- Act as a mentor to other Client Advisors and support their development.
- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives.
- Develop long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Follow up with clients using the CRM system for various engagements.
- Incorporate constructive feedback from managers to improve sales performance.
- Maintain store security procedures and ensure cleanliness and attractiveness of the store.
