Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Capability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in business development-oriented organizations such as Medical Device, Education, Logistics, Real Estate, etc.
  • State insurance licenses (training provided and sponsorship considered).
