Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capability to build lasting client relationships.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in business development-oriented organizations such as Medical Device, Education, Logistics, Real Estate, etc.
- State insurance licenses (training provided and sponsorship considered).
