As a Client Advisor at BVLGARI, you will play a crucial role in delivering a personalized and exceptional client experience that embodies the luxury and sophistication of the brand. This position focuses on enhancing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and serving as the primary contact for sales services, all while representing the brand at various client events.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Execute the BVLGARI selling ceremony with expertise, adapting strategies based on client needs and motivations.
  • Communicate the passion and values of BVLGARI, enhancing client engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Achieve personal and boutique sales targets, focusing on quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Drive high-end sales and strategize for premium client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Efficiently manage and expand the client portfolio through targeted strategies.
  • Initiate CRM actions to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Represent BVLGARI at client events, embodying the brand as an ambassador.
  • Adhere to all brand guidelines and boutique operational procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management and boutique maintenance activities.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdowns.
  • Assist with special projects and operational needs as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in catering to high-end clients and managing sophisticated sales interactions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele, adapting to various cultural backgrounds.
  • Multi-lingual to cater to a broad client base.
  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in relevant retail and CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills, result-oriented and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
