About the position

The Client Advisor at Burberry is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, delivering a personalized and elevated shopping experience that drives commercial success. This role requires a passion for the brand and luxury products, as well as expertise in client engagement and service. The Client Advisor will work closely with store management to inspire clients and ensure a high level of service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand
  • Provide luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product, fashion, and styling
  • Elevate the client experience by following the client journey
  • Deliver after-sales services and maintain client relationships
  • Contribute to daily store operations and maintain high luxury standards
  • Follow company policies and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work climate
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients
  • Work by appointment to provide personalized service and promote loyalty
  • Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in clienteling
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations
  • Understanding of competitor products
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable
  • Other language knowledge is desirable
  • Demonstrates confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care
  • Energetic, pro-active, and self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling
  • Assertive with impeccable presentation and communication skills
