Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential clients, such as senior living operators and healthcare providers.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and technical discussions to educate clients on molecular diagnostic solutions.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing exceptional customer service.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client management.
  • Provide training to clients on Serviam Diagnostics' products and services.
  • Manage client issue escalation and resolution in collaboration with Operations.
  • Stay informed about advancements in molecular diagnostics and analyze market insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client management or account management, preferably in healthcare or B2B settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management and computer skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and experience with root cause analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in laboratory sales or diagnostics industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of molecular diagnostic technologies.
