About the position

The Client Advocate role at SS&C Technologies is designed for entry-level candidates who will support clients using the Black Diamond Wealth Platform™. This position involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing solutions to their problems. The role emphasizes effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.
• Undertake discovery and education activities to help clients troubleshoot technology and financial industry issues via various communication methods.
• Spend time understanding the client's business model and individual system needs.
• Act in a consultative manner by offering creative solutions and identifying opportunities for greater value delivery.
• Educate and train clients on rapidly changing software systems to drive adoption.
• Troubleshoot platform-specific and technology-based issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
• Build trust and transparency with clients to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve internal issues and client problems.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp new and complex topics and communicate them clearly.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Familiarity with financial services or investment management industry.
